This pattern work originates from a visual project where I created a system of 'particles' as performance tool. This work focuses on the manipulation of shapes and colours in a generative way, where the particles are created and manipulated through code.
I have also developed a physical interface using a Monome to interact with the patterns.
I am currently developing this project to accomodate the various application of the patterns, printing on various materials and projecting in spaces. Some applications of my pattern work is being used by Samsung to promote their new UHD monitor (UD970) aimed at Art&Design professionals, and has featured at the MoOD Brussels fair 2014, on invitation by Trendease International.
